How do I view the video content?

 

The videos are embedded in The Playbook in the iPDF.  If they are not playing, then most likely it is because you have opened the document in a web browser instead of in Adobe software.  To solve this problem, please see instructions for your browser below.

 

Google Chrome

Google Chrome has its own PDF viewer, so your Playbook may be opening in Chrome’s software instead of Adobe.  To open in Adobe, right click the link “Click here for download access to the Playbook” and choose “save link as”.  Save the document to your computer and open it directly from the location where you saved it.  This will launch Adobe and open the file with videos playable.

 

Internet Explorer

When you click the link “Click here for download access to the Playbook” you should see an option at the bottom of your Internet Explorer window which asks you if you want to open or save the file.  If you click “open”, the Adobe software should launch and the file should open properly.  You can also click “save” and save the document to your computer, then open it directly from the location where you saved it.  This will launch Adobe and open the file with videos playable.

 

Mozilla Firefox

When you click the link “Click here for download access to the Playbook” you should see a pop up window which asks you if you want to open or save the file.  If you click “open”, the Adobe software should launch and the file should open properly.  You can also click “save” and save the document to your computer, then open it directly from the location where you saved it.  This will launch Adobe and open the file with videos playable.
